Refunds and Cancellations
YAZI BOUTIQUE Store reserves the right to refuse any exchange request. Orders damaged due to shipping will be considered on an individual case.
For orders within the United Arab Emirates, there is no final option to Cancel or Refund the order.
For orders outside the United Arab Emirates, there is no final option to Refund or Exchange the order.
Exchange
We can only exchange ready-made clothes of the same model if the required size is available. Customers will have to pay the delivery costs of the replacement as well as any price differences.
For orders purchased during the sale period or through a discount code, the customer cannot request an exchange.
